Louvers for heat exchangers
We manufacture all aluminum shutters with the use of our extruded profiles, louvers with galvanized steel frame and stainless steel. We follow the work from design, carried out exclusively by the technical office IDC in Florence, to the final realization of the pre-installed louver.
All the products are packed in FITOK certified wooden crates and on request we structure packaging suitable for transport by sea, furthermore there is also a box for each louver kit with final assembly on site.
At each stage of the work checks are performed to ensure the success of the final product, as we are ISO 9001 certified company.
Manual aluminium louver
Fully aluminum 6060 T6 louver with a predisposition to manual handling, bolts and sealers in stainless steel 303/304, p.t.f.e. bushes suitable for high and low temperature.The louvers may be unique or divided into several modules depending on the size of it and whether it complies or not to API 661.
Automatic aluminium louver
Fully aluminum 6060 T6 louver with a predisposition to automatic handling (excluding the supply of actuators), bolts and sealers in stainless steel 303/304, p.t.f.e. bushes suitable for high and low temperature.The louvers may be unique or divided into several modules depending on the size of it and whether it complies or not to API 661.

Louver with a "C" hot-dip galvanized frame and 6060 T6 aluminum blades with a predisposition to manual handling side, bolts and sealers in stainless steel 303/304, p.t.f.e. bushes suitable for high and low temperature.The louvers may be unique or divided into several modules depending on the size of it and whether it complies or not to API 661.
